Daily Activity: From Monday, June 29 – Friday, July 3, spend at least 5 minutes a day on mindful breathing to help you relax (if you have the Calm app or an Apple Watch connected to your Vitality account, use those resources to help you get even more Vitality points through the Healthy Mind program!).
